• Tables are held for 15 minutes past the agreed booking time.
• For groups of more than 8 guests, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp.
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. After that, a charge may apply.

P Getting here and parking

We offer free parking with direct access to the restaurant, with no need to step outside.

• Enter via Calle Victoria and follow the signs for Raíces.
• The car park is on the lower ground floor of the building — level B1.
• Pedestrian access to the restaurant is direct from the car park.
